Rainforestation Training

Learn about how native trees can help bring back forests in the country, and how you can help make it happen. Through this rainforestation training you will learn:

  • How to identify and name native trees
  • Propagate seedlings or wildlings through nursery establishment and
  • Practice the appropriate tree maintenance activities
  • Meet rainforestation practitioners

When & where

  • July 18-19, 2016 (Monday to Tuesday).
  • Trainings will take place at Haribon’s Buhay Punlaan: Learning laboratory and native tree nursery! Lumban-Caliraya-Cavinti Road, Lumban, Laguna (map).
  • Overnight stay will be provided in nearby resort.

Donation

  • 4,000 PHP – non member
  • 3,600 PHP – non regular member (Pipit, Kikiro, and Kibid)
  • 3,000 PHP – regular member (Balisara and Punalada)

Includes

  • Roundtrip transportation to and from Buhay Punlaan from Haribon Office in Quezon City
  • Food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 2 full days)
  • Accommodation for 1 night
